Where we deliver

We currently deliver orders within India only. Delivery is available to serviceable Indian pin codes. Some remote, restricted, or otherwise non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 days after order processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier availability.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight.

Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹999 may incur a weight-based shipping charge, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery delays

Occasional delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment status and assist you.

Delivery-area limitations

If a courier cannot service the delivery address or pin code, we may contact you to confirm an alternate serviceable address or available delivery option. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing your order.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email iconicsportsstore@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted, particularly if the order has already entered processing or dispatch.
