We work with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

4. Delays & Liability

Iconic Sports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged or missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery to business@iconicsports.in with clear photos.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible. Please email us at business@iconicsports.in with your order ID to request a cancellation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes:

  • 2–5 business days for metro cities
  • 5–10 business days for other locations

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?

Please contact us at business@iconicsports.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the damaged product or packaging. We'll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Am I eligible for a refund?

  • Refunds are offered only in the following cases:
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Delivery delay beyond 14 business days (not due to customer error)
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Are any products non-returnable or non-refundable?

Yes. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted/clearance sale items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Shipping charges (unless due to our error)

How will I receive my refund and how long does it take?

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
